What about having 3 members that are higher up. It would be an uneven number so they could vote amongst themselfs on what to do next, and we wouldn't be blindly following one leader. Then we should have maybe more then one S-I-C, and 6 elites.

I think I'm leaning toward a small group leaderhip sructure. The triumvirate sounds good, with a limited oligarchy as a second layer (like another four "S I C"s or something.

Whatever,

but maybe for now, a single leader is not what we want.

Nothing against you personally Shaon, I just like the idea of spreading out the authority and responsibililty rather than concentrating it in any one character.

So what your saying is, we have three main leaders, then six leaders beneath them? Rather than having one main leader?
