*a jolt of lightning crashes and thunder fills the air, throwing chunks of earth into the air, dust fills the atmosphere near the wreckage, a figure walks out of the dust and smoke, carrying a weird sword...*

Why, when they have me? Oh wait, you haven't seen me since my ascension. I am Au'Marui, now the God of Insanity. And this is my Sanity Blade. I'm sure it's power can be even a match for you, oh he of destruction.
But I suppose welcome is in order. Please, come to my meeting house, have tea with me sometime. It's quiet the relaxing ritual, really.

Deities seem to be a very common choice for roleplaying characters. Not bad, mind you, just common. Humans' unsupressible lust for power makes immortals very optimal and attractive selections as alternate persona's.

True that EnD, more and more gods seem to be popping up all over the place - I think that the last god of destruction I saw was DemonOverlordForte over on the Gameware forums, and I'm sure that there's quite a few others around...
But anyways, welcome to the forums SesshoX8. Just out of curiosity, I couldn't find the word 'Sessho' in my Japanese dictionary (I looked it up in the Japanese section, and then looked up destruction, but didn't find it) - is it just a name that you picked, or does it actually have a meaning?

Sessho stands for Destruction.

(adj-na,n) killing; destruction of life
I just don't like adding the U. I figured I'd spell it like Sesshomaru (I don't want InuYasha, a cousin of mine do...acks). The U is usually silent, at least at my hometown it is, it's Kyoto. Anyways...

I don't have a god character. I just have an 180 year old immortal water elemental with the ability to move between destinations at speeds unrivaled through usage of the Ryft.
...Yeah, I know, but I still don't have a god character. >_> |

This is now making me really regreat dragging linda into this realm now...she didn't really have much choice in the matter...

I still can't find sesshou in my dictionary, but I guess it's not really the kind of word I'd expect to see in there.
