Forgive me for intruding, but I've noticed The Corporation has been a bit dormant as of late. I think it would be fun to have a Corporate Development 2 RP. Except this time, a new corporation has challenged 'The Corporation' for ownership of the Dojo. A battle between two super-powers, and an entire world which hangs in the balance? Could be fun .

The second corporation could be 'The Pheonix Corporation', which I've had in my mind for some time now (for no apparent reason as of yet ). They'd specialize in advanced weapons and bio-synthesis research, be just as well funded as "The Corporation" and be easily recognized by their logo, a black sillouette of a pheonix over an inverted orange triangle. Sound good to you?

P.S. Is there a name for 'The Corporation', or is the aforementioned nickname all there is?

Although I believe Corporate Development 1 was only put on hold due to the RP Olympics, it seems others have grown tired of it.

Apologies for posting here, as I usually avoid posting in private areas of the forums, but this has caught my attention and I just wanted to mention something that's bugging me.

Whilst I think it'd be a great idea to have another Corporate Development thread, having a new group enter with such a similar name might get confusing. I'm not quite sure what you'd call it otherwise, but "The Phoenix Corporation" merely sounds like a branch operation of The Corporation rather than an enemy.

It should be very interesting to see how this all plays out.

I am a little concerned az to zis, bio-zyntheziz rezearch you zpeak of. For the necezzity of clarity, vould you pleaze explain az to vhat extent you intend to take zis too?

Az, if you have read, and rezearched carefully, our technology haz been obtained through trial and tezting, vith ze uzage of an extreme variety of powerz, beingz and abilitiez.

Our technology haz been developed over many, many yearz. Az it iz, a true businezz man vould never reveal all of hiz cardz until he had nozing left, zo, certain Corporate Information, Intell and Rezearch haz obviously been held back.

If you could azzure zat you are not juzt outright copying out rezearch, or, are going to be roleplaying corporate zabotage? And vhere do you intend zis roleplay to go? I feel ve zhould alzo wrap up ze previouz thread, and write a zuitable clozure, zat vould be acceptable to all.

For ze clozure, perhapz ve zhould involve everyvone, and make a zuitable pozt to cloze it off.

The bio-synthesis research would be akin to human cloning and genetic manipulation. The 'Pheonix Corporation' would be a bit more biologically centered than yours (as far as I can tell). Instead of mechs, we'd have humans. Perhaps they'd be enhanced with technology, but they'd still be, in essence, humans. Our weapons would all be biological. You can figure out the rest.

The roleplay would go in a new thread, and I'll see what I can do about a closure .

EDIT: Didn't notice you there 3kul . I'll admit it does sound similar to 'The Corporation', but I can't think of anything better .
