License Acceptance Status: Currently CLOSED.
Please refer to the Blackstar Wiki for information about which License to purchase, what each one does, and how to make a request. The pages are still in progress, but will be complete and up before new item applications are opened.
Some item tips:
Items with a random duration aren't really suggested - simply pick a set duration and stick with that. In the future it may be possible to have a random duration generated, but for now, fixed is best.
Items which interact with a large group of other other items are fine, so long as they can be applied to RP terms - anything which requires special coding isn't going to be made, at the moment.
If you're planning on a ranged weapon, make sure you have ammunition too! Slings, Bows and Guns all need ammo.
Don't be too generic. Unless you're making a public Synth, there's no need to be simple - very basic items like "Rope", "Sword" or "Armor" aren't going to be allowed as exclusives.
Keep your price range in mind. The more powerful you make your item, the more likely it is that it will be assigned expensive materials/Synth costs. Better materials are less likely to break and hit more often, but they can be very costly to make.
Be creative - make something that will interest potential customers and your fellow Dojodians while RPing. A creative item is more likely to be memorable and interesting.
Limit your item to ONE action, if it's usable in a RP. The way the current MOD works, each item can only be assigned one success, one fail, and one break section of text. While items can and will have multiple uses, you can only have one actually be "usable" through the MOD.
The characters "" (quotes) and # (pound/number sign) can not be used in item names - they cause problems, so please don't use them!
Item names are limited to 32 characters, not one more. _________________
