I'm not sure if this is where to post this, but this seems the most likely place: How do we add members? Fort's requested membership and I've granted it. How can you say no to a face like that? Razz

So, in short: How do I set up the belts? Is there any special procedure?

Ah...once a week compile the list of people who advanced and what belt they need to recieve in a PM, and send it to either me or Embri, and we'll update them and add them to the Scroll of Ages.

Just a thought. Would cut down on my PM box nightmares.

Start a thread for each Style, and post your new recruits there in a list.

Simple and tidy, and if you could also include the date you accepted that person for which belt, that would be most helpful...

Ex:

Mr. Nobody - Green - 1 December
