Origin of Screen names

I guess this goes here... oh well...

On this forum we have many unique screen names... If you'd care to share how you came up with these... I for one would be moderately interested. If you've made a special sn which is just your character's name... tell us how you developed the character's name.

I'll start, and spare me the extra writing...

Hahaha, with a name like 'Goron', it'd be really weird if you weren't a Zelda fan (or just really unfortunate for you).

'3kul' doesn't have a very interesting origin, as many people no doubt know. I was sitting around at home one day, thinking of a cool internet name, but that's all I could come up with. It's really just my name reversed with a '3' instead of an 'e'.

Should you ever meet me in real life (there's always the odd chance), or talk to me via a microphone or something, please just call me Luke. Threekul sounds weird to say out aloud imo - try it and see.

I think I already posted my name origin around here somewhere, or maybe not.... Anyways, Embri was originally the name of my favorite Rapidash, a PokÃƒÂ©mon. Ember + Free, with a slight spelling change, which yielded Embri. My actuall character was a doodle on the back of a school assignment, and in a grand show of non-inspiration, I bestowed the nickname of my favorite Rapidash on this new creature. That's about it!

Danikat is just a combination of two names: Danielle and Katy.

When I first joined the CC Danielle, my RP character, was also my online identity, because most of the places I went were RP related in some way.

I didn't want to use that in the CC though because I didn't think Danielle would nessesarily fit in, plus I wanted to be more myself. But I didn't want to just go around calling myself Katy.
So I mashed the two together.

Ironically Danikat then ended up developing into a whole other character, to the point where when I went to join another community I called myself Just_Me as a sort of reminder not to use her. Laughing

Mine is equally unimaginative,
Since my nickname is Ru (said roo) and it sounds like the beginning of rooster, it kinda followed on to tell you the truth.
So basically I am just a male chicken spelt in a stupid way dispite being neither a chicken or male......On second thoughts maybe it wasn't such a good choice...

Now where did I get Cloud from? AH yes. Being one of the 'new ones' to this RP lark my name was simply derived from a forum I used to frequent often. It was in fact Addmans old website.

I give anyone one guess as to where this notorious name came from in the beginning.

im afraid my name originates from a jather less jovial source.
when i was in primary school i was a tomboy, lots of my freind actualy thought i was a boy untill we went swiming with school and they could be sure i wasnt.
when i started high school i was diferent from the other girls, quick witted and sharp tongued, and i never wore make up or skirts. people didnt like me, and the old tomboy thing came back to haunt me. they started calling me She-He.
and there is my name She Man. Shee Mon.
