But anyways, welcome to Blackstar, Jenny! Mr. Green

Um, let's see... You'll probably want to post a profile up in the Hall of Records at some stage (all about your character and stuff like that), and if you're new to RPing, you'll probably want to check out the Training Dojo.

We've got the RP Olympics on atm, and everyone seems to be focusing more on that than anything else, so there's not that many really active RPs on right now. It'd probably help you out to read some of them though, and it won't be too long before it's over or people have started up the regular RPs again. Smile

Thanks for the welcomes! Also, Goliath thanks for commenting on my signature.. I make stuff in Photoshop all of the time...

And for those of you who have asked, No I have not RPed beofre. However, I used to visit Thardferr.com and kind of RP, but it was not as detailed and unique as this site.

There are soo many RP spots, it is kinda confusing! Very Happy

Thanks for offering to help me, and I will probably take up your offers if I find that I need to (which I probably will..)

Greetings Jenny, another new face. Training Dojo would definitely be the best place to check out if you're completely new to RPing, and reading through a couple of RP's should help quite a lot (heck, I learned by watching people RP in a chatroom... For about half an hour as well as reading through the entirety of the rules)

Chatroom rp, is probably one of the hardest styles to pull of well... Since your word count is limited.... And you also have to limit your actions to like one or two actions.....

I am Net, hopelessly unfit Defender/Moderator of the Dojo. Have a look in The Arena if you want to see some examples of good role-playing, and I'm pretty sure you can find a copy of the 'EC Standardized Freeform' RPing technique. That reminds me, I should do a rewrite of that one day...
