Tag Team:Round 1 - Match 1:Sora/Masamura (Mag) v Embri/Angel

*Both teams enter the Arena amid cheers from the crowd. No one was sure what to expect with the new Tag Team Tournament, but everyone new it was going to be special. As both groups faced each other in the center of the Field, DP's voice rang out over the intercom*

TAG TEAM MATCHES ARE TO BE PLAYED UNDER SPECIAL RULES. ONLY ONE PERSON FROM EACH TEAM WILL BE IN THE ARENA AT ANY ONE TIME. THE OTHER TEAM MEMBER WILL BE IN A HOLDING BOX OVERLOOKING THE ARENA, SEPERATED FROM THEIR COMPETITOR. YOU WILL BE GIVEN SPECIAL BELTS TO WEAR. PUSH THE BUTTON ON THE BELT, AND YOU WILL TAG OUT, AND YOUR TEAMMATE WILL TAG IN WEARING THE BELT WHILE YOU ARE TRANSFERED TO THE HOLDING PIN. YOU WILL SELECT WHO WILL BE IN THE FIELD FIRST BUT PUTTING ON THE BELT.

*Two belts lower from seemingly nowhere to where the competitor's stand*

NOW WILL EACH TEAM SHAKE THE OTHER'S HAND, THEN PROCEED TO THEIR CORNERS

*The teams shake hands or hooves as best possible, then proceed to sepreate corners.

I HAVE SELECTED THE CAVE ENVIROMENT FOR THIS MATCH-UP. THERE IS ONE LAMP IN THE CENTER OF THE FIELD. HOPE NO ONE IS AFRAID OF THE DARK!

*The lights in the field suddenly goes out as all around a tremendous thundering is heard. walls drive themselves up from the ground in random patterns. Once the thundering stops, the walls roughen themselves over, to give the appearence of stone, as stalagmites and stalagtites form randomly in the caverns.*

IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS, I SAY LET'S THE FIGHTING COMMENCE!

[Angel]

*Angel bows to DP and steps silently to the belt. with a glance at Embri she pulls the belt down and buckles it tightly around her waist. she slips it around under her heavy black cloak, under herfour dagger sheathes. as she pulls it tight it clinks against her armour.

she steps towards the nearest black cave mouth. the boots echo loudly on the stone, as she takes her second step the blades on her calves slide out silently, on her third the blades on her arms flick out and slot solidly into position. with her fith she falls utterly silent, her steps no longer make any noise, her breathing silences.

by the time she enters the caves she is undetectable, silent, stealthy and menacing. her voice rings out in the minds of all present*

~come and find me, if you dare.~

((Because we are on a time limit and Mag has yet to post, the judges will step in as an opponent until we are no longer needed (or Mag gets his arse over here). I think you guys know my profile, but I'll have it posted soon just in case.))

*From a judge stand, Kat sits beside Sensei and watches Redangel hide and wait. Time passes. More time passes. The second belt is not touched. Kat has to wonder if Red is getting nervous or just bored as nothing happens.*

"Well Sensei, I suppose it's time to step in. Do you think I'll have to give up some of my godly judge powers in this?"

*Kat portals herself behind Redangel and Embri simultaneously (awsome judge powers ) before speaking.*

"Your opponent has yet to show himself. As such, I will take over their roles until they come. You will fight me for now, and as soon as we find another opponent to fight here, you'll be fighting a new tag team. Good luck!"

*Kat appears near the belt and puts it on, then transforms to her third form (the normal blue/green giant wolf thing) before camoflouging herself to the enviornment. Letting out a deafening howl, Kat watches the spot that Redangel is hiding*

[Embri]

~Finally.~ Embri nods her assent, watching Kat transform. She tracks the wolf creature's movements from above, relaying the information to her partner.

~Ten meters, behind to your left, dearest. Let's do this!~ Embri stomps her hooves in anticipation, tossing her head.

Watching from the judging booth, Embri shifted her weight from hoof to hoof, unaccustomed to wearing her armor without being in the middle of a fight. A faint smile crosses her face as Embri's foal shifts positions.

~Shhh... easy, young one. You'll get a chance to taste battle soon enough.~

[Angel]

~hurumph, how could i miss her? damnably noisy. im guessing she knows my position then?~
*she grins and turns to her left. infron of her lies a large cavern with stalagmites hanging in long curtains from the ceiling. she blinks and her eyes beging to glow eerily with gold and red light, immediatly Kats energy signature blazes into view.*

You arent going to hide now, are you? my own tactic cannot be used against me.

*she says loud enough to be heared clearly and with some amusement in her voice. she subtly shifts her feet and red lines of heat radiate outwards, intensifying untill the whole cavern pulses with red tinted light.

Angel whispers inaudably and the glowing rivers of stone spring to her command, the ground about her feet spirals in a raging vortex of white hot rock. she raises her arms and the long tendrils grasp the spires of stone hanging from the ceiling and wrench them down, the air fills with rock dust and noxious smoke. the cracks in the ground left by the tendrils emit a feirce white light and rumble in anticipation for the battle.

Angel rises up on a pedastal of boiling lava and looks out over the weapons she has created. the glowing tendrils weild the spires of stone like toys, weaving them through the dusty air. the cracks in the ground continue to spread, up the walls and arching over the ceiling like deseased veins, some plunge through the gaping tunnel mouthes and poise there, like grasping feelers, ready to pull the arches down in a moment.

with an aproving nod Angel says,*

are you ready to play yet?

*the tendrils twist and shake in excited aprehension. with a smile Angel tenses and metal begins to flow over her skin, it arches up over her face then slides smoothly down over her face, two slits over her eyes, one glows gold, the other red. the armour on her chest and back is absorbed into the ever spreading flow, her feathers turn to steel from the inside out and long shards of metal arch over her hands, claws. finally her whole body is covered in diamond hard plate, her hair cascades in black and white flames over her back of shimmering steel.

she grins, revealing long ivory fangs*

Come out little Wolf! or are you scared?

Sora and Masa started whispering when Sora grinned. "I'll go first" Sora gave a thumbs up to Masa and put the belt on. "Remember if you need help then tag me in!" Sora nodded as Masa talked. Sora readied his weapons as he checked his opponent. "Angel and a Winged Horse?" Sora mused and then drew out his swords. Sora twirled his swords in a fancy manner and grinned. "I'm from the streets so don't mess with me!" Sora clapped his hands together and slammed them onto the ground. Spikes of hard rock bursted out from the ground and walls of the cavern. Sora then repeated the ritual but this time a rock covering appeared and provided Sora some shelter. While he was under the safety of the rock shield, he prepared his weapons and mused on what Alchemy assaults can be used.

[Angel]

((you are a tad late there Mag! where in hell have you been?))

(I've had some family members over and because of that, I've had my hands full and was unable to post)

((The point is that you're here now. I'll keep an eye on this place, and let you get back to business!))

*Kat merely grins, and fades out of existence. Her voice echos*

"I do not fear you, but this is not my fight. Your opponents have arrived..."

*Kat reappears for a breif moment in front of Redangel and flicks her nose before disapearing completely*

"Have fun you four!"

[Angel]

*Angel grins as she feels the two new presences in the arena.*

~thankfully, my thanks for standing in, even if it was for so short a time.~

*she smiles at her fellow Councilor and her finger clangs against the metal visor*

~we will, or at leats two of us will.~ *she grins rather maliciously before turning to the high concentraion of magic to one edge of the feild.*

well, well... another rock user. but you draw blades, for what purpose?

*the tall, thick strands of molten rock and iron weave about her, making an aproach scorchingly difficult.*

i fear this will be short.

[Mag]

Altough it was difficult, Sora overheard what Angel said and smiled with a devious grin. "Who ever said I was a rock user has it's facts wrong" Sora grabbed a nearby rock and clapped his hands together. He put his hands on the rock and the rock turned into a rather jagged and crude trident. Sora checked the weapon and made sure it was good enough. "I'll need something better" Sora ripped off a piece of his clothing and clapped his hands. He laid his hands down onto the piece of clothing and created a double ended sword which was adorned with red stripes and black lightning tattoos. He put his swords away and grabbed the trident with his left arm and the double ended sword with his right. Sora sighed as the rock shield slowly retracted.

[Embri]

Embri watched Sora with interest, no move going unnoticed by her keen eyes. ~Interesting... ~ She thought. ~A Shaper... a rare talent indeed, though not a skilled one, from the looks of it. Who goes into battle without weapons? Hurrr...~

~We will be careful not to give Sora anything he could use against us, darling. Good choice in fire... Have fun, ashke.~

Embri turned her head slightly to regard the leonine creature waiting quietly beside her. Lips curled back, Embri showed her teeth, tongue flicking against her canines suggestively. "I shall enjoy tasting your flesh, cubling..."

[Angel]

~of course weapons, but those against these?~

*her battle hungry towers of stone and flame roar in pent up fury and anticipation, ridges of jet black flames bursts forth from their backs, sharp, hard and deadly. a crack wrenches open in the spire of stone that each is holding, lined with jagged crystal teeth and belches fire into the caven roof.

they twist and turn in excited anticipation, scoring yet more deep gashes into the ground as the rip through it towards their opponent. with an imense, thundering crash four of them rip through the stone barrier like tissue paper.

they hurtle at unstopable speed towards Sora, maws gaping wide in a frightening display of fire, shadow and gleaming teeth. mere meters away from their target they haul round, two attacking from behind and two from the front and sides.

the two from the back clamp their massive jaws down towards Sora's arms, making her seem small and insignificant, while the other two plunge in from infront and above.

from her raging pedastal of fire and liquid rock Angel watches amusedly with a hungry smile on her face*

[Mag]

Sora smiled and took out the Qwack-O-Blitzer. He aimed and fired at the rock towers at the front and sides. The towers did damage to his arms but Sora smiled and the flaming ducks that were the two towers attacked the towers that had recently damaged Sora's arms. Inside the arms, the Nanotech got to work and in very little time, Sora's arms were as good as new. The flaming ducks then headed for Angel and attempted to ram her. Sora wasted no time in retaliating and immediately threw the spear and trident at Angel. He then clapped his hands and touched the ground in front of him. The rock turned into a very wide wall of earth which headed in the direction of Angel. The flaming ducks stopped and allowed the earth wall to attempt damage first. Meanwhile Masa snorted and shook his head. "Not before I drive my sword into your body" Masa then began to forget the presence of Embri and focused on the match below.

(If this seems somehow wrong then please understand that Alchemy is very versitile and as long as there is some sort of material around then Alchemy can be used.

[Angel]

((meh, the magic is fine for me, no worries, its the fact that you let my attack, led by two ton lumps of rock, actualy hit you and grab a hold on you arms that worries me, but then i'm sure you have a plan, dont you?))

*the two beasts of stone on Sora's arms scream in pleasure,*

meat.. blood... DIE!!!

*they clench down and twist sideways, simultaniously diging those jagged crystal teeth into her arms and tearing apart, trying to rip him in two.

on her pedistal Angel laughs out loud in sheer disbelief and waves a hand. the ground erupts in a shower of silver spikes, each plunges into the breast of a duck and drags it to the ground. she senses the two weapons hurtling at her and sends a pair of her reserve beasts to snap them out of the air like tooth picks.

the earth wall rumbles duly towards her and she sighs, her metal mask slides upwards,*

and i feared i would need this... no matter.

*the earth wall begins to shower her with dust and she flenches her fist infront of her, the flying pebbles and dust curve gracefully away from her. by the time the earth wall itself reaches her a tangable wall of magical energy spears from her fist, it spits the wall clean through and the earth pours over and around her, only to melt on the flanks of the beasts coiled and rising around her.*

~Embri? would you like a turn baiting the small-fry?~

*she glances up at the shimmering cave ceiling and her gaze peirces through it to the box where her sister stands, ready for battle.*
