This isn't cheating persay, but I gleamed this from the EC's secret forum.

Personally, here's how I see the Guardian team's working out to be:
G.O.R.O.N. 40
Family/Friends: G.O.R.O.N. 18 (romantic interest?), Shadow the Grendel (companion)
Worst Conditions: Bright/Light - majority of his maneuvres involve shadow travel.
Weapons: Wrist mounted laser-cannon with limited power that can be recharged while merged with a shadow, kantana and a limited number of shuriken, or throwing knives. Personally, I reckon he'd be most vulnerable against heavy weaponry (katanas are made light for quick movement, and usually aren't all that strong, neither are shuriken) or long range weaponry (if the conditions prevent him from shadow travelling, all he really has is his laser and shurikens, both of which are pretty limited).
Sekhmet
Family/Friends: Isis, Nephthys, Anubis and Osiris (siblings, deceased)
Worst Conditions: Hard to say. Despite her impressive jumping and gliding abilities, without any long range weapons at all, I'd guess that she'd do worst in a wide open spaces.
Weapons: Claws and teeth. Her profile mentions that she can use advanced weaponry, although Shadow has no items currently, and unless she changes her profile soon, it's fairly safe to say that she won't have any. Keeping in mind that she can echolocate and is pretty quick on her feet, I still think that she'll really struggle against any long-range attacks, as well as heavily defended units. Her bat-like hearing is also a pretty glaring weakpoint, give her a scream if you ever get close enough .
Whiteoak (gah, he's freaking hard to analyze...)
Family/Friends: Archangel Michael (boss?), Obed (companion)
Worst Conditions: Now this is a tough one. Whiteoak's really well rounded, so I think it's fair to say that there's not much he can't handle.
Weapons: Staff (along with some Shaolin and Jiu Jitsu to back it up... seems to be a recent change?), prosthetic right hand (functions as a gun, small force field and various other things), assorted spells (including some mind meddling ones), and assorted weaponry available to him via his storage device. You should definately read through his profile at least once before we go up against him.
I can see a grand total of one strategy that would work against Whiteoak - get rid of his staff, and follow through with as much close-range combat as you can (it'd probably take at least two to pull this off right). Otherwise you could just try attacking him regularily - if he takes hits it's a bonus, if he doesn't he'll look like he's powerplaying (as skilled as Shine is at this, I feel that Whiteoak and Obed are both way too powerful).
Jho'Lahk (his profile's not available on Blackstar, but follow the link to take a look)
Family/Friends: The leaders of the Mageus Region, better known as The Elders (superiors?), several children and grandchildren (self-explainitory)
Worst Conditions: If there was some kind of arena with like, zero magic allowed, then he'd be totally powerless I think >_>...
Weapons: Staff that can do lots of things (read the profile, I'm getting lazy now) and a Magick Crystal turned charm that gives him a defence against any known and custom made charm (basically, anything HollowEyes can do is rendered useless, so I'm going to be avoiding him...).
GBE seems to have been kind enough to include Jho'Lahk's weaknesses into his profile, so I'll just quote it: "He has little control of his Magick abilities when he is in an unknown location. He prefers not to use melee attacks. He is not the quickest to use his Magick in the general scheme of things, but is the fastest in his region. Wars of Magick have been known to span decades. For more powerful or higher density of Magick to be used, he needs a few seconds to get it precisely correct. He has little power if he has not repaid the Magick debt back to the universe. So in order to be at full power, he must return some Magick or mystical energy to the Universal Magick stream."
I think that Whiteoak and Jho'Lahk are going to give us the most trouble in this one. Somebody else can analyze the Dojo Team, as this one's taken me long enough . Please add to it as you see fit, exposing more weaknesses and such is always good. |
NOT a WORD of this outside this place. I'll be getting yours as soon as they finish it, so we can work out what they view as weaknesses. _________________
