Save Your Tribe from the Grendel Menace!

The tribe of Norns is currently in jeopardy. The Grendel tribe has decided to attack, even though they have been quite peaceful, sometimes even trading with the Norn tribe, for decades. Worse, the Grendel tribe outnumbers the Norn tribe several times over. We cannot fight back. There are too many.

There is only one thing we can do.

We must leave this place.

You are members of a tribe of Norns of various breeds. Your goal is to find a new place to live, far from the Grendels' territory. But currently, there is a drought, and the journey away from the Grendels' home is going to take at least four days, if not more. You will need supplies, but the drought is causing your crops to begin to wither. Your tribesmen are still gathering supplies for the trip, so you can't leave yet.

Looks: Draconian arms, legs, and head, with butterfly body, wings, and tail.
Age: 17, old enough to marry in this tribe
Extra: She was the daughter of the chieftain, but he was killed in a raid by Grendels when she was nine. Her mother died giving birth to her younger sister, Kazehana ("wind flower" in Japanese). She has no family except for Kazehana, who is thought by some to be dead, due to the fact she was kidnapped by Grendels.

Aihana was having a nightmare. It was two in the morning, and she was dreaming of watching her father die at the hands of a Grendel chief. Unfortunately, the whole tribe slept in a huge longhouse, so she had woken a few people up with her whimpering.

Extra: He weilds a few spears, a first aid kit, and a daggar. He also is kind to both sides. He is in The Bronze Age pack, but is not sure if he is opposing the Norns or not, so he is neutral. For now.

Celerus sat in a tree. Seeing the strang hut. He was amazed by their argutecture. Maby they can become allies and trade knolage and information between one and anouther. Unforatinitly for him, he dose not know that they probibly will kill him off, even with or without kindness.

Then the crazy mad norn called Yuk came to tell every one some thing"I all most got the perfect creature,basic norn genes grendle strenth and..."but got inturupted befor he could finish"Shut up you,1 You wasted alot of food for your tests.2 You won't leave us alone.3 YOU ARE CRAZY"shouted a norn from the village.


Deep in the contement chamber were the creature was being developed...it woke up.Its eyes were glowing,with fire.It broke out of the contement chamber with a burst of energy.

Outside a light shot in the air and went far away.'MY LAB"shouted yuk and trying to put it out.

Over by were the light hit was a mile away from the village.It split into 2 creatures.

Extra:Mossflower is old enough to marry and to the old priestesses anger,regects every suitor she brings to the girl.Best friend of Aihana,but not related to her.Her father died fighting beside the chief and shared his fate with Aihanas dad.

Mossflower was in the bed next to Aihana,and was woken by the girls whimpering.she sat up and sighed,watching her friend as she dressed in her white robes.she aws awake now so there was no point in falling asleep again.she slowly walked out the longhouses door,picked up a bucket and up to the small spring which was the only sorce of water left.she filled the bucket with water and slowly desened down the steps again,put the bucket down next to the longhouse door and picked up the next one.she slowly started walking up the steps again to fill up the bucket,and then she would slowly go back down them,put down the bucket and prossed to fill the next 8.

Looks: Scarred from many a battle, this otherwise normal looking Jungle Grendel looks rather war-torn, despite his young age.
Age: 17
Extra: With a deep hatred for Norns, Shadow can't wait to get in there and kick some norn tushy. He is armed with nothing but his claws, teeth, and cleverness. He is not completely mature, and can be clumbsy.

Shadow sat on a branch just above Celerus. Norns. How he hated the smell. Every second a norn was alive made him fume with anger. He balled his claws into fists and smacked one on the branch he was sitting on.

Unfortunatly, this was not a sturdy branch. The force of his smack caused it to give, crashing downwards, breaking branches as he went.

He reached Celerus' branch and flattened the grendel, sending them both crashing into the ground.

"Erm... Hiya Celerus! Nice day to be climbing a tree eh?"

When Cross Fire woke up,He had a weird energy that shot he towards shadow.

((Well thats quite the everything you've got there TROT... Celerus and Shadow are both within 50 yards of the village, as opposed to your mile, so aparently you can see through trees and shoot energy at a mile's range...))

mossflowers ears picked up on the sound of shadows voice as she dropped the third bucket of water at the longhouse doorway.she turned around to where she had heard the noise and ran inside to get her sword incase she ran into a grendel.she buckled it around her waist and walked outside to continue her work.
she picked up a bucket and started walking up the stairs,without relising she had nothing to protect her back.if a grendel came after her,which was very unlikely,she would only be able to defend herself with what skill she had as in would take the others at a few seconds to wake up,and thena few more to grab their wepons and then a few more to get to where she was,and when you added up the seconds it came to half a minute.it would take them 30 seconds to get there,30 seconds in which she might be killed or taken like Aihanas sister was.
Mossflower shuddered and continued walking up the steps to the spring,knowing that when she was done getting the water she would be able to rest a few hours before she'd have to go and help with the harvest or continue her training,or get away from the old priestess and one of the suitors she had desided would fit the butterfly norn.

Shadow left the dazed Celerus at the base of the tree and scrambled back up to hide behind some leaves. It didn't matter if Celerus was willing to fight the Norns or not now, he was too dazed to do much.

Shadow watched the butterfly norn approach Celerus. As soon as she was distracted by him, he could drop down and attack her from behind, eliminating her before she could warn anyone else.

"This is almost too easy," Shadow thought, "I managed only to alert a Norn dim-witted enough to try and face this danger by herself. She won't last long..."

((Sorry Goron... I got that RP confused with another one, and I wrote this at two in the morning to boot... So I'm more than a little bit confused. And you are absolutely right, SFOT! I liked the RP you made on A2K so much, I figured we could do one like that again!))

Aihana, who had woken up and walked outside to get some fresh air, heard the voices with her keen Draconian hearing. She recognised the voice to be that of a Grendel. She ran inside, grabbed her two daggers and ran back outside. She sneaked up quietly in the shadows, following the voice, until she saw Shadow. She tiptoed around him until she was behind him, still staying in the shadows, and when she got close enough, she said out loud, "Geez, are the only non-ugly Grendels the medium well ones with a side of veggies?"

She drew her daggers.

mossflower drew her sword and joined Aihana,hovering just infront of shadow with her swordtip pointing at his throat.
"I may have no idea what you just said Aihana,but i think this grendel needs a little reminder that we are armed and ready to fight."she smiled at her best friend,and waved.
"nice to see your awake,sleepyhead.Your whimmpering in your sleep woke me.same nightmare,wasn't it?"mossflower sighed,and turned back to shadow,her sword still positioned to strike if he made any sudden moves.

Shadow's branch just happened break right as mossie took a kick at him. He fell down to the ground once again, breaking branches on the way down to come crashing down on Aihana.
