A Dark Shade Of Violet

((Ok, I've spoken to DP, and he's agreed to help me RP a character into Blackstar. Be gentle, who am I kidding, its the most insane god around ))

Jecht, the god of peace had had enough of his daughter spending her time being wined and dined when she should be out training, and learning of what it means to become a Goddess. After having talks with his wife, Sira, goddess of pain, they knew they could kill two birds with one stone.

They could get their daughter, Violet to actually fend for herself, and learn, the hard way, and they could get their wayward son, now trapped into a spirit form by them, becaue he was seriously upsetting the other gods.

They thought the best person to give them the best chance would be the Dark Psycho, Au'Mauri.

An essence swirls around in Au'Mauri's reception area, even gods have manners. There are four people in the reception room, Jecht, his wife Sira, their daughter Violet and their son, Arnott, who appears to be a squirrel, not a happy one either.

Jecht approaches the door of Au'Mauri's office, and knocks three times...

[Shaon]

Told you so.

Wha?

Quite suddenly, the giant fox of legend appeared behind them, sitting in that classic pose, as if she had always been there.

"Gods. Why do you visit here?"

The dark gray eyes that symbolized Paranesia looked at them with perfect intelligence, being far too polite to search their minds and find the answer.

((The gods would reconize her immediately, by the way. She is well reknowned by them.))

[GBE]

Jecht steps forwards, his large powerful body seemingly at complete relaxation, his face lights up, "Aaahh, Paranesia. Yes, it is good to see you. How do you fare?

Please, you must excuse our intrusion..." Just then, his wife coughs mostly out of annoyance, and Violet whispers something to the squirrel sitting on her shoulder, its extremely bushy tail slightly wrapped around her neck.

"As my actions are limited without reason upon the mortal realm, I cannot continue the training of my daughter, Violet. She has become, too content with life in The Immortal Realm. I wish to bring her to the mortal realm, in order for her to complete her training.

Is Au'Mauri not around? Nevermind." His wife places a hand on Violets back, and gives her a gentle push forwards, and hisses, "Introduce yourself girl!"

Violent shuffles forwards, and looks at Shaon, "Uhm, hi, I'm Violet..." She turns around and looks at Jecht with big eyes, "Daddy, ple......" he raises a hand to signify silence, and looks at Paranesia...

*A voice came in from behind the door. There was a casual seriousness to it, as only The God of Insanity could possess...well maybe the Goddess of Illusion could to, but still.*

Enter...Ah, Jecht, Sira, it's really been to long! What brings you to my quiet corner of the Multiverse

*spots Paranesia*

And Please tell me it has nothing to do with that trouble maker...

((Dammit - thats the trouble with posting - can't read ones being posted!))

Jecht looks away from Paranesia, and motions to Violet to step towards the door. Sheepishly, she turns the handle and enters, closely followed by Jecht, with Sira by his side.

"Au'Mauri, a long time. It has nothing to do with Arnott, this time. He is being punished in his current form. It's about Violet. She's grown since you last saw her. She is too content, she needs to be put to task.

If you would help, we would most certainly be grateful, and, will use our influence to keep The High Council from bothering you too much..."

Sira steps forwards, looking annoyed with Jecht, "To a certain extent of course...."

[Shaon]

Paranesia smiles a sly grin.

"Always nice to hear from a god who didn't mindlessly hate me."

The vixen followed the four in, although she was far from invited.

[GBE]

Sira shoots an evil glare at Paranesia, "If the majority vote had gone through, you would be stuck as spirit, serving a god of scum" Jecht turns to give Sira a scolding look, especially for a man of peace.

"Let by gones be bygones. We shall be leaving soon." He gives Paranesia an apologetic smile, mostly out of embarrassment. He turns back to Au'Mauri...

True, True Jecht, the past is behind us and all that psycho-babble. However, if we may focus on the present. If you are looking for a place to expose Violet to the real world, you have found the right world. Blackstar is host to a huge array of peoples, most of whom do not worship us. It would be an ideal place to let her experience the life of a warrior.

Now if you could just sign some paperwork from my lawyer *avoids dart-like glares from Paranesia*, we'll be underway. All this is a contract that puts her under my equal jurisdiction...a loophole ot the Articles of Spirithood, if you will.

[GBE]

Sira, always the most forward of the couple, and most distrusting, because of her experience in war, steps forwards, and is about to pick up the paperwork, "Just, what exactly is this paperwork supposed to cover? I do not want to find out we are being played for fools.

I would not take kindly to such an act, and, as I'm sure you are aware I will exact my vengeance against all......" Jecht pulls her gently back as she shoots him an annoyed glance.

"I am not here to make war Sira. I am here to ask a favour. Au'Mauri, before i sign, what am I signing. Including the small print, we are gods afterall, we created small print." He lets out a small chuckle, before Violet begins to pout, afterall, it is her life being contracted....

Basically, it's a waiver. It states that if these two abuse their power, position, or status as immortals, I am free to take actions I deem appropriate...and no, that doesn't mean cruel. I'm sure you all know about how Refrika treated his spirits. I'm in no rush to follow his example.

[GBE]

Jecht smiles bemusedly, "We have decided, as for their benefit, their immortality, and status of goddess will be cancelled whilst they remain here on this world. They need to learn the hard way. As it is, they will retain the abilities they have currently.

They'll have to develop what they can here. I'm sure a god like you could keep Violet under control. You don't have to worry about Arnott, he's been assigned as Violets gaurdian, and watcher."

Sira, throwing her thoughts in, "So, do we still need to sign?"

[Shaon]

Paranesia glared right at Sira, reflecting the evil.

"Ariel is a fine goddess. I cannot imagine how much pain she gets from Chronos from apprenticing me."

the goddess returned to her emotionless stance, mastered from milennia of godhood.

[LordPsycho]

Unfortunately, Yes, you still do. Even in their diminished state, I would be prevented from taking action against them without it.

[GBE]

Jecht nods, "A sensible idea I suppose. I pray you'll make sure that Violet comes to no harm."

He signs his name using mystical powers, sealing an agreement between the two Gods. "I offer my gratitude, and I shal not forget this." Violet wipes a tear away from her eye, and walks over to a chair and sits down.

Sira steps forwards, and also signs the contract, after scrutinizing it carefully....

"As I'm sure I won't be able to." DP thinks to himself.

Looking over the signature, DP announces "Well, everything looks to be in order here. Trust me, I'll make sure she comes to no harm here at Blackstar...well, I can't guarentee against minor stratches and straps, but no major harm will befall her. Now, if you be so kind as to excuse me, the lady at the front desk will show you out. I have a new pupil to attend to. Violet, this way. It's time you meet your class mate. You too Arnott.
