[Nasari]

Type: Sentient members of the wasp family.

Origins: It is said that when humans perfected interstellar travel, some wasps built nests in a few ships, and as a result, they "hitch-hiked" around the galaxy. In short, they came from Earth, but evolved to become what they are on various other planets.

Biological Abilities: Poisonous stinger, huge claws on forelegs, highly acidic saliva.

Diseases generally prone to: Mostly diseases unique to their species, like wing rot, where the wings rot away to nothing (highly contagious); salivary gland infection, where the Kihunter cannot control saliva production, and as a result, continuously drools acid (moderately contagious); and the rare tracheal fungus, where a mold-like fungus takes up residence in the breathing tube going to the lungs and grows, cutting off breathing. (not contagious)

Tech. Status: Medieval. Kihunters know about Psychotopian technology, but choose to develop their own without outside interference.

Unique invention: Tri-blades. Three-pronged swords enchanted with elemental powers. The varieties are as follows: Poison, Mind, Ice, Water, Air, Fire, Earth.

Description: Kihunters, as mentioned before, are a kind of wasp. Therefore, they are diligent workers, and have a heirarchial social system.

Upper Class

King/Queen: Ruler of the city.

Lord: Five of these. They make laws, and take them to the king/queen for approval. If he/she does not approve, it will not be made a law.

Soldier: Guardians of the city.

Monk: Is a sort of prophet. Looks to the gods to see what will happen in the future.

Lower Class

Artist: Highest paid of the lower class.

Weaponsmith: Forges the weapons for the soldiers.

Merchant: Travels the streets, selling things. Occasionally will show up at a human market.

Civilian: Normal city dweller. Works in the cropfields.

Nymph: Young Kihunters. No wings yet, and are a yellow color. Do not work, and spend the time their parents are out in a special 'nursery'.

Criminals: The fouler members of the race. They are detested by all.

Religion: Kihunters are polytheistic, meaning they worship many gods and goddesses.

Subspecies: There are three subspecies.

Cave: Make their living hunting small cave animals.

River: Do a lot of fishing. Live on the shores of bodies of water.

Jungle: The most common and most intelligent. A wide variety of plants and animals make up their diet.
