Just been to the Bingo Hall Sidenote Game, and apart from the usual madness, I was greeted with this:

Sounds like you did a pretty good job there Swix. Editing the post was probably the best we should do.

As for punishment....I suggest we hang him up from the towers! Kill em dead!

....Sorry if I seem a bit lighthearted about this, but really, suggesting punishment for a minor offense seems a bit harsh. I am sure we have all found a way to circumvent the word filters at some point and done it freely. The word wasn't a major swear, and was edited out plus given a firm warning so I am sure no major damage was done. Isn't that even the scientific term? And taught in school?

I know we are all iffy of DLM returning, and watch him like a hawk so I understand how this could have shown up here. But until he does something majorly stupid, or does this again after we warned him, I am quite ok with letting this one go.

Once again, I am sorry, but this was just my opinion on the matter. I have no authority here on Blackstar, so feel free to do what you guys find is right. Once again, I really don't want to come off as doubting you Swix, and sorry if it showed up that way.

Damn it, I'm going to stop using my phone to post one of these days so as not to come across harsher than I mean to.

Actually I was more wondering along the lines of should I send him a PM or somthing to get the point across. This counts as a warning or something like that.

But if you don't think it'll be necessary then that's fine

I was never a big fan of DP's overly sensitive word censors myself, but I'm not exactly a big fan of penix jokes either.

Hassling him about it in the sidenote game is punishment enough I think.

This Whitestar business is certainly an interesting development, but it's probably best saved for another thread CP Smile

I got DLM with the old Hackstar account, it's fun to play with kracken again Very Happy

EDIT: Why is Blackstar telling me that my own post in this thread is a new and unread post to me? -_-

Ugh, I forgot how horribly buggy Blackstar had become.
