Recently, I decided that I'd duel-boot a computer with Linux. Since I've never used Linux before, I don't know which version is better, and I don't know which one would be easier to use for me, who is a newb in these matters. If someone would tell me, I would be very appreciative.

Im... Not going to say any more about linux besides that thanks to various individuals I have learnt to stereotype most linux users and with that said, I simply dont like it

I'm not exactly a Linux expert, but I've tried out Ubuntu and Damn Small Linux, and taken a course on Linux in general in which I used Fedora Core. From what I've seen, I'd say any version that uses a liveCD and boots up to a graphical interface will work. One that requires installation seems like it could be pretty easy too, as long as you understand drive partitioning and make sure not to wipe out your existing data. Also, stay away form Gentoo unless you just really, really like compiling things.
