Between the extreme untamed unknown of the Southern Frontier and the training facilities of the Dojo lie the Wilds. Visited enough to be considered explored, yet not travelled enough to be considered civilization, the Wilds are a place where all sorts of creatures can meet.

A single stands under the shade of a tree. Wearing a wide-brimmed hat and leaning on a stave, he looks out at you. "Welcome, friend!" a jovial voice calls out from through the coarse red beard. "I'm Uncle Asriel! I take care of the place while its Master is away."
He pauses for a second.
"Scrap that. I am it's Master....sort of. Welcome to the Wilds!"

*The shadowy figure stepped into the shade of the branching tree and ran her slender ebony fingers down its smoothe, silver bark. The tree seemed to shiver under the touch, and the bark darkened to a deep black. Ruster smiled*

This is certainly a Great country indeed,
one could get used to such a place.
I thank you for your welcome...Uncle?
To whom are you an uncle?
And from where do you come?

"Me?" I ask. "Well, I'm everyone's Uncle, actually. I'm Uncle Asriel, not so much as a blood relative as a guy who just happens to show up at family reunions at the wrong time. But Asriel isn't my name, it's what I'm called. There's a difference in that, you know. Namely, if I don't revea my name, then name-magic can't be used to steal my soul, or similar nastiness."
I shake Ruster's hand. "Welcome to the Wilds! I'm glasd yopu like 'em, and hope you don't lay waste to too much of the scenery. Other than that, party on!"
