This is done by the decision of the Mod in charge of the board, this post being from the "going on vacation thread"

canned statements: "Blackstar Staff will never ask you for personal information, and anyone claiming to be from the Dojo or any users ask you personal information, you shouldna't hand that out"

second, Respect others. Rule 1. Why is that so hard?
