Origin: Jessica was born on Earth in the year 2225 to a space cruiser captain and his wife, both of whom were killed shortly after in a space-borne battle at the start of a civil war.

History: Orphaned as a child, Jessica was taken in by her father's good friend and first mate, and raised as a soldier. She rose slowly through the ranks, preferring to fight on the front lines rather than the life of an officer. Eventually, ready to strike out on her own, Jessica acquired a ship of her own and became a gun for hire.

Regardless of this, she is still frequently employed by the military as a mercenary or assassin.
