Yes, happy celebration of the achievement of living through another unit of time denoting roughly the duration of one orbit of the earth around the sun.

...And, er, by that I mean, WHO WANTS CAKE?! There's rumours that there is no cake, but I can quite safely say that the lack of cake is a lie. It's just... somewhat held up getting here. The delivery van fell into a tarpit. It was an excruicatingly slow tragedy... that poor chocolate cake... *sniff*

As for the pie, it... turned into a lake. It probably could have been prevented. It was baked with natural organic ingredients [s:c32d9b1fb4]and people[/s:c32d9b1fb4]... from Blackstar soil.

BUT HAPPY BIRTHDAY! HERE'S HOPING PEOPLE NOT AS CHEAP AS ME BROUGHT SOMETHING TO THIS BASH! Bash as in party. Put the mallets away for now.

HollowEyes wanders in cautiously, relieved to see that Coolpikaaa was not around to see him. No doubt he'd be instantly suspicious of the SiC's presence at his birthday party if he'd noticed him, so it was kind of lucky that the guest of honor had failed to turn up thus far.

Dropping his gift on a nearby table, the Parasitian is quick to leave (though not before grabbing a tray of food, at the request of several Council members who felt that turning up wouldn't be very evil of them, but wanted to enjoy a bit of nice food just the same).

The gift he has delivered appears to be nothing special - brown paper wrapping tied with white string, a small mostly blank card addressing the gift: 'To a constant thorn in my side'.

Coolpikaaa opens the box to find... a flower planted in a Cornelius skull. It's a faded purple colour with brown splotches that make it look as though it's dying, and it appears to have a drooling snaggle-toothed mouth at it's centre. As far as hideous things went, you'd be pretty hard pressed to find a plant uglier than this one.

There is a small label attached to the plant which tells it's new owner that this rather disgusting specimen of flora is known as a 'Screamerlily'. The label describes the Screamerlily as 'a gardener's nightmare' - it will scream loudly if it is left unattended for too long, and even if you do care for it it'll still scream pretty loudly. It only eats live prey, except on Tuesdays when it only eats moonbeams. Worst of all though was it's instinctive defense mechanism, for when threatened or when it finds itself close to death the Screamerlily 'defends' itself by releasing spores into the atmosphere to reproduce.

Pretty much the only good thing about it was that you could teach it to say a few things if you were persistent enough, but this was scribbled out and underneath it a message was written: 'It's spent the last week listening to nothing but tapes on Buddhism, which has pretty much filled up whatever limited brain space it has. Enjoy.'

"If you live the sacred and despise the ordinary, you are still bobbing in the ocean of delusion." It shrieks in a horribly shrill voice, proving that it had indeed been filled with Buddhist thought.

Even if Coolpikaaa wished to debate with the plant on what it was saying he'd soon find that it didn't actually understand what it was saying, just that it felt compelled to continuously scream zen sayings as loudly as it could, as many times as it could.

Well my bass may have a few flaws to it but my
toad has never failed me yet.
(So that I can remember.)
Well....there was that one time it turned on me ate my clothes then bit me contiuosly...ouch

(Never mind. You get off easy this time. Next year however.... I'll have a army of toad throwing chickens and swinging bass at you. You just wait...)
