EC users can now authenticate themselves with the EC site while editing their profile or registering for an account here. As of yet, no other interlinking is possible with the EC's forum, but there soon will be.

(Please do not do this yet, as it will override your 1st rank (I.E. Mod, admin, Belt colour))

*puts hand up* umm, I did the EC login thingy. What exactly does it do apart from changing my belt colour to an EC Member banner? I thought you said that part of it was fixed.

I'm so confused.

Maybe I was a bit too eager to try it out. Damn my curiosity!

It adds your EC user id to the SQL table. It will be useful later on, I tell ye. Everything in PHPBB uses the user id.

Well that looks helpful... now cloud has two banners IDing him as EC instead of the one useful one and a belt color.

Same problem as Cloud - I wanted to see if it was just him, but I guess it's not. Oh well, for now I have two EC rankings.

Looks like it worked Net, you appear to have the double-EC brand like Cloud and I did.

Looks like I've been knocked down a few notches tho - I might not have done much (yet) for the Archives, but I am a mod for it Razz
