Vidip - the God of all animals. Believed to be able to call upon any and all animals including humans, over-riding their base instincts and commanding them to follow his will. A level headed and just diety who is alleged to have show the Allat Lovas how to manipulate genetics to create their steeds and crossed-species of animals. Many have manipulated themselves to be closer to nature. It is also said that he was the one who created the bond between the Allat Lovas and animal kind.

Horiticula - the Goddess of nature. A being with power of plants, water, earth, the weather, anything naturally occuring in nature. Vastly powerful and highly respected. She is wild and unthinking, unbalanced and quick to anger. Many celebrations are held to keep her tempers down in harsh seasons. Very few follow her supposed teachings, but those who do hold high esteem within their communities.

Has a natural forcefield that is always on. He can wield it over any part of his body, and has the mental strength and endurance to extend it to fit three people fully behind it. He can changes its shape and form to various designs, for example; sharp spikes, solid wall, hand, spring etc.. Hehas through a unique study, also learnt how to give it colour, therefore allowing others to see it if he wishes it so.

He also has a natural bond with animals allowing him to command them to do things for him ranging from hunting and killing for him, to finding particular items, guiding him, protecting him overnight or passing along items and messages.

Character Depth
What kind of person are you?

You could say I'm a mean old bugger. I don't like a lot of things in general as they annoy me a lot. Sure, I will contradict myself a lot, sometimes. But, it helps to be a bit of an ass sometimes, as it gets you what you need, and occasionally what you want. Don't get me wrong, when necessary, I will help others, but, I don't feel the need to.

Adventures are all good and jolly, but, when you have to keep going on adventures for you to be happy, something is missing, if you keep adventuring and you're unhappy, you've seriously gone wrong somewhere in your life. I only join adventures if here's a real good reason to, like solving some puzzle. gRatitude? Anyone can get gratitude.

I will use most means necessary to get what I need, whether it be manipulation of others, trickery, brute force or just simply getting someone else to do it for me. I like the unexpected, as it helps give me answers whereas others only see more questions.

My life experiences are just that. MY life experiences. I have no need to tell you what's in the past. Only whats in the here and now. If you can't foucs on that intending to solve a situation that may arise in the future, then you're going to fail. We should only look to the past if it means finding an answer and not reminscing. As for what the future holds for me, I don't particularly care, as long as it doesn't involve injuring myself anytime too soon.

Species: African Raven


Coloration: Black, apart from a white chest.
Clothing: None.
Armor: None.
Skills: The forcefield that protects Rolan is somehow, through their bond, passed onto Valis too, who is also able to wield her own smaller and weaker forcefield independantly.

Valis has an high enough level of intelligence to understand what's being said, but cannot speak like humans, but only immitates certain words with an high degree of understanding (it can only repeat the same few words it learns from a young age). She can communicate with other people aside from Rolan, but only those who are able to communicate with animals such as the Allat Lovas.

The Raven is bonded with Rolan. It will go where he goes and will do what he asks. Their bond means they an each see what the other sees as well as what they themselves are looking at. This works well if one of them is trying to alert the other, or communicate from a distance what one needs the other to do.

How they met is one of a usual tradition in Allat Lovas society. Each child, at a certain age must choose a creature to bond with. They have a free reign of choice and can even work with others to genetically create the creature that they desire. Rolan chose the intelligent Raven. As each Raven aged, the smartest of their last brood is selected to replace them, and until death, the parent will teach the offspring, as well as the master many things.
Valis is the fourth Raven that has bonded with Rolan. She is still young, a little skittish, but her genetics show her to unusually intelligent compared to the rest of her family line.
