Some of you seem to have issue with "join a group to RP"...so, for you, I've opened up the board to all registered persons...have fun

Wait, doesn't this mean that there is no longer any point in being in the Guild of Creature's Roleplay? The Norn Garden's were created with the aim to provid those within the group somewhere private somewhere to roleplay norns only. Almost anybody could join.

So, basicly, all I needed was a list of usernames having trouble and I could of added them. Seem's more sensible to me.

EDIT: 'However, access to these Gardens is strickly controlled by the Guild of the Creatures RP.'

With this change, DP, you'll need to change the text descibing the area too.

Could you make it Viewable by all, but keep it restricted to posting by those who belong?

I really don't see that it's a big deal to PM SFOT for membership - if anyone's lazy enough that they can't be bothered, I doubt they'd want to post anyway! Wink

However, maybe more people would be interested in seeking membership to the Gardens if they could see what was going on there.

It's that I've had complaints by people who want to RP there, but haven't figured out that they might need to join the group first...

personally, I don't see what they are doing RP'ing when their reading obviously needs work.

Because it is a freakishly similar situation. Just like norns in an IQ test the only thing stopping them is their inablity to take a few simple steps, but they somehow percieve it as an impossible barrier.

If you recall we had the same problem with the training section when Blackstar first started up. All people had to do was request to join a group to get in but instead they chose to either complain in a PM that it was broken/not letting them in, complain on the board that it wasn't working or just assume they weren't allowed in and ignore it until someone else complained for them.
