I has some Pokerus, and I'm willing and able to spread the infection to anyone who wants it. I'm playing Pearl, and my Friend Code is currently:

For those of you who are wondering, Pokerus is an extremely rare disease that your Pokémon can catch from battling wild Pokémon. The chance of catching Pokerus is something like 1/20K - bear in mind that the chance of encountering a shiny Pokémon is only 1/8K - so you're very lucky if you happen to get some.

It's very good, as well, because once your Pokémon catches Pokerus, its stats will grow much better as it levels up. It's all to do with EVs and business like that, which you can read up on here if you're interested. Basically it's just like the Macho Brace, except that it doesn't slow your Pokémon down and doesn't take up an item slot - in fact, you can still use items like the Macho Brace while your Pokémon has Pokerus, and double the effect!

However, in D&P, while a Pokémon with Pokerus will be affected by it forever, the contagious aspect of the disease that allows you to spread it to the rest of your team will wear off if your infected Pokémon is in your team at MIDNIGHT. My advice is to have one specific Pokémon infected with Pokerus, and keep it in a storage box, and only take it out to infect your team when necessary before putting it straight back in the box. The box is a bit like cryo-storage for Pokerus. While it won't spread to other Pokémon in the box, it won't wear off, either.
