As fun as synthesizing all of these cool new items is, one has to admit that it's a pretty expensive process. Not for me of course, as I'm rolling in the Yenjamins, but it's easy to see that there are some other members who aren't quite so lucritively rich who yearn to synth.

So that's why, like all crazy rich people, I've decided to start up a game where I give away FREE MONEY. How's it work? Simple - I tell you the name of an item that I've synthed, and if you can tell me how I did it, I'll give you 1000 . First in with the correct answer gets the money, you don't have to even have the ingredients or have ever synthed the item before. There's no fee to play and aside from the admins (who have a list of every synth combo), anybody can play.

That's it - no hidden rules, no horrible consequences for the losers, and no cheating on my behalf.

A nice easy one for the first item on the list:



A Gold Clasp.

First, go buy two gold ores from the Glittering Gully Mines in the Arctic Tundra. Second, bring that into the Mc.Smelty's Forge located in the Southern Frontier and create a gold ingot. Finally, drop that off at Brittany's Jewelers in Psychotopia City and you get the Gold Clasp.

Do I have to type that much, or can I take the shortcut?

Gold Ore(2) = Gold Ingot (Southern Frontier, Mc.Smelty's forge)

Gold Ingot = Gold Clasp (Psychotopia City, Brittany's Jewelers)

Either way is fine with me, provided that you make it easy enough to understand (which you have).

Now for Round 2 I'll have something a little trickier:



A Demonic Bow.

Looks like I'm making these a bit too easy, Round 3 is going to be quite a bit harder:



A Pot of Acid

Once again, tell me what I needed to make this and where I made it and 1000 is yours for the taking. There's a bonus this time around though - double the prize money if the winner can also tell me how to make a Pot!

(I'd like to emphasize that only the winner is eligable for this bonus - you don't get anything if you know how to make a pot but don't know how to make acid, and if the winner doesn't know how to make a pot then nobody else can claim the bonus in their stead)

EDIT: In case some people are having too much trouble with Acid, I've decided to put up a few more rounds. This way you don't have to limit yourself to one round if you don't want to.

Round 4:



Purple Plastic

This one's going to run slightly differently to previous ones, but the prize is still the same - tell me what I needed to make any coloured Plastic and where I made it and 1000 is yours for the taking. 1000 bonus if you can also figure out how I made it purple (as in the recipe for that particular ingredient, not just the ingredient).

Round 5:



Lizard Skin

A slightly easier round for those of you who are struggling with the previous two, tell me what I needed to make this and where I made it and 1000 is yours for the taking.

Glue

Another easier round for those of you who are struggling with 3 & 4, tell me what I needed to make this and where I made it and 1000 is yours for the taking.

Get Glass bottle
***Get 3 sand
Get 1 Soda Ash (burn 3 kelp)
Get 1 wood Ash (burn oak log)

Get red dye (holly main ingredient)

Get oil

MIX ALL IN psycho city r/p place to make plastic

No matter, you still get 1000 for correctly telling me how to make plastic.

For those of you wondering how to make dye (I'm pretty sure that it's been mentioned in the recipes thread), it's 1 bottle + 1 fresh water + 1 other ingredient - holly for red dye, woad for blue dye or both holly & woad to make purple dye.

Round 7:



Paper

Another rather simple round this time, tell me what I needed to make this and where I made it and 1000 is yours for the taking.

Offtopic: 3kul, make your items cheaper in the store! Us poor Dojoians with only 597 or so just can't afford a 9999 beech bow!

Hahaha, finally! Congrats on getting it right Yoshi, 2000 is on it's way

KC11, as every single item in my store says, they're only there for storage purposes, I'm not going to lower the prices unless I actually want to sell them. That and I don't know what kind of prices to put them at, since I've forgotten how much everything costs .

Round 6 is still underway, nobody's figured out how to make Glue yet. Once that's been guessed (it's not nearly as hard as Acid was), I'll set up a few new rounds.
