A man takes centre stage, and speaking into a mircophone headset announces that a new Challenge Arena Fund has now been arranged.
"This account will now accept wagers between challengers from the Challenge Arena. Donate to this account, and the winner will recieve the winning amount. Bets may be made against us. But this is primarily a wager account!
The way it will work, is that only the two or more competitors in a Challenge may make a wager against one another, and donate an equal amount to this account. The winner will recieve the full proceeds from this account.
Good day to you all."
The lights cut out, and he steps down and returns to his office to continue through the insurance claims of past competitors. |

Who is behind the Challenge Fund, I wonder? Embri's gone and both Sensei and Goron are usually very upfront with who's behind the account.

Who else but me..? 
I had the Challenge Arena created. I'm a judge there... So I thought, why not start up a wagers account to hold the necessary wagers between contestors... I've no secrets to hide *he says shoving what appears to be a skeletons arm back into his cupboard*

How did no one else get that it had to be him! I looked here the first time and thought 'This has GBE's handiwork written all over it'. The fact he signed it multiple times in red marker was also a dead giveaway. 
((If I sound harsh it's because I have been working hard on my dissertation and feeling pretty weird right now. This said my comedy is not as it should be.  ))
