"Simply put, let's hear some nominations. You can quote anything from past year, from any forum, so long as it doesn't violate Blackstar's rules and it was written by a user who's also on Blackstar."

ALSO: It's appreciated if you link to the page where you found the quote. Not strictly necessary, but then nobody can doubt the accuracy of your quoting, AND we get to see more entertainment!
