"well its called bending not spells to my family and some others.But scince the war some of us been weaked like water and earth benders.Water benders bend ice water and steam but now its harder to do all of them as for earth,most bend only rock so thier not that weak but others bends some plants wich is the wood element."said Trace still on the ball of air
