Oh, and a by note considering I only just remembered it, the Borg don't need wives or need to breed or anything, they have those huge sections dedicated to baby making throgh genetic engineering etc... All their failed attempts at assimilation are taken apart for their spare parts and biological parts and used to assimilate and repair other borg drones...

Just get the Mars group mind from Miracle of Science. Assuming that Mars it the "stronger" group mind, which I am because all members of Mars are willing participants, it would overpower the Borg and force them to discontinue assimilating.
