Senseis wouldn't be awarded the increased earnings unless they also have an earned black belt. The multiplier would be manual, so simply having a certain rank doesn't automatically get you the increase - it has to be set.

Well I've been intending to apply for a Fox belt since before this system was actually in place and the only requirement I've had any trouble with was that I had to have 'interacted' with another Fox in a role-play and frankly you don't RP much, and there are no other Foxes to choose from. But I believe I've now gotten around that little snag (subject to your discretion of course).
The main thing thats put me off applying for a green belt is that I found both real-me and my character going through a lot of not entirely unexpected changes lately and I thought it was best to hold off until I was sure of what I wanted to do. (And I thought I'd have more free time but it looks like thats never going to happen.)
That and I think I fall into the group of people with far too much self-doubt.
On the good side Intyalle seems (very) ambitious, she was suprised that I hadn't expected to hear from her just a week after she joined and assured me she could have passed the yellow belt requirements on her first day, so at least one of you can expect to hear from her soon and she seems keen to encorage some of the other white belts.
