((I really (don't) hate bringing up old topics, but I felt I should tell Micka he is right.

Blackstar is a world crafted by DP, just after ascending to Godhood.

It is meant as a last refuge for the Gods, who face a crisis of non-belief. They choose DP to run it because they felt he would be easily manipulated (not wanting to loose his newfound Godhood or something). DP, instead, is using it as a bartering chip in the struggle against the governing body of Gods.

Psychotopia, as in the main (and only) city on the island, was transfered to Blackstar's bubble dimension via a MASSIVE warp portal.

If you really want more information, the wiki is a good start, but incomplete. As for the RP history and set up goes, here is still your best bet))
