I really like that first one, GBE. Its exactly the kind of one-lining goodness I like to see. Not all these virtual novels being submitted. A quotation should be brief and beautiful, long ones loose that immediate sting of one-liners and often times simplicity is really the funniest parts. You should all know that.

@Yoshi: The best quotes are usually short, yes, but that doesn't mean they all are. Some quotes are only funny in context and require large blocks of text to understand. Ever read Penny Arcade?
