Are we ending the olympics here? Owly and Azzy don't appear to be returning... are we simply to end the olympics after round one? This even is cursed I tell you!

*Runs off to put all his money on the olympics not finishing before 2007.*

It's been about 3 weeks since the rounds were stopped, what's happening? It seems a little strange that the judgements have been staggered out like they have. Sad

Both Hislordship and Asriel have taken part time temp jobs to earn some cash/fill in the blackstar void while the site was down, and they are waiting for these jobs to finish up before posting.

Kat is preparing to move off to College...surely you can sympathize with that 3kul.

And I'm preparing for the coming semester of college.

Nah, I guess I can. It's just a little annoying that everything else is up in the air because of it - most of the big RPs were put on hold because of the Olympics, and we don't seem to be getting nearly as much activity nowadays as we did before then, so I guess I'm just a little bored, that's all.

I think everyone's waiting for the RP Olympics to resume, as a lot of the RP's were effectively placed on hold for this period of time.

I hate this! It can all die! I have a perfect college entrance essay, but it's too long! They want 500-600 words, but I wrote 1,300! ARGHBLBLBLBL!

Anyways, I'm aware of that...and due to that, I'm debating putting the olympic's next round on hold indefinately until I get the judges situation set.

And I'm doing the common application. About 200 colleges accept it, you do it online, and pick which ones you want to apply to.

I'm temporarily back home, but I leave again for another week on Thursday.

I certainly hope that it isn't over, but the delay works for me. If this delay takes long enough I might be able to play in round two, (if we get there.)

But I must admit, the suspense is really hard to take.

So now it's been about 7 weeks since the end of the first round, and we still have yet to see all of the results. I am going to be extra-careful with this post to make sure I don't come across as a whiny jerk who wants the judges to drop whatever they're doing and post the results.

Ok, I'll be serious starting from now. If the current judges are busy and haven't gotten any kind of marks together for the last team tourney (Blackstar vs Corporation), then could we perhaps organize some relief judges (a nicer way of saying replacement judges, because they're offering relief to the current ones Razz

)? I know that Kat's not going to be back for a while, but we're not sure exactly who ended up replacing her, so that really needs to be sorted out or announced or something.

Of course, it's all good and well for me to just whine and complain about the judges being too busy to judge, but I can't really expect anything to happen if I don't offer a solution. So if any of the other judges feel like they need a bit of a break from the Olympics, then I don't mind volunteering to be a relief/replacement judge. Provided that I don't end up judging over my own matches I can't see the problem, and since I'm no longer in the team tournament (curse you Guardians!) it won't necessarily crop up unless I manage to win somehow.

If people still aren't satisfied with this and the judges still need replacing, then I'll pull out of all of my current matches to help out (I honestly don't expect it to come to that, but if it does I'd have to organize a replacement for my tag tournament matches with Addman). I just really don't want to see the Olympics die out like this, and I'm sure a lot of people agree with me.

Sorry 3kul. The olympics are over. Didn't you see the ending ceremony? We held it in the candy, fireworks and puppy-dog store!

...Yeah, I think the olympics have pretty much died. Any suggestions?
