Cheap store weapons? I've looked all around the stores here, and all I have is a dumb tubafur. I wanna expand my collection!
After Thought: Of course, it would be much more helpful if I also had something to hit with my weapons. _________________ Because when you kill a guy by chopping his head off, rolling him up in a carpet, and burning it...you'd better make sure he's dead.

There seems to be the possibility for bows and arrows, I've found recipes for two different bows and one type of arrow for sure. There are also blades which can be fashioned of different metals, but I have yet to turn them into a complete weapon. I'll tell you if I get it figured out.

What would a good metal be if one wanted to make a sword? _________________ Because when you kill a guy by chopping his head off, rolling him up in a carpet, and burning it...you'd better make sure he's dead.

It depends on the price you're willing to pay and the size of weapon you want. It seems that swords cost a bit as creating just a small blade out of the cheapest materials costs well over 100 gold and that's not including the hilt and whatever else is needed. So, it really depends on what you're looking for. I haven't worked too much with the metals, though. That's not what I concentrate on. I'm more interested in food stuffs and articles of clothing. If I had to choose a metal to go with, I'd say bronze looks best at the moment for blade design, but I don't have much of an idea. Maybe asking one of the righer members who can synth larger projects would be wise.

At the moment, there are no public synths that use the various blades/hilts.
Before you all go screaming at me for teasing you, there WILL be synths in the future for them - both exclusive (people can use them as part of their own items they request) and public (available to all).
I'm currently in the process of resizing and GIF'ing all the old images, as they conflict with the new Item Use Mod by not showing up. They also don't look nice in the user profile lookups, as they come out in their original sizes which are all varied. Both of which bug the hell out of me.
I'm also working on restoring the Shops/Items of those people who requested it. There are a number of weapons amongst those, so I'd keep an eye on the User shops for now. _________________

I know it may seem like reviving, but how does one make a simple set of arrows? I assume you need one of the poles.... _________________ Because when you kill a guy by chopping his head off, rolling him up in a carpet, and burning it...you'd better make sure he's dead.

Actually, no, you need sandalpine planks, chicken feathers and some metal or stone product.

I believe only one plank. Maybe three chicken feathers, and then one metal bar.

How do you get chicken feathers? I bought a chicken, yet the butchers shop wouldn't take it. _________________ Because when you kill a guy by chopping his head off, rolling him up in a carpet, and burning it...you'd better make sure he's dead.
