DP, here, though it won't always be me on this account.

The mods and admins privy to the Closed doors have known about this for a few weeks and had their chance to complain, so I went ahead and created it.

This is an account that basically acts as Blackstar's treasury. This allows us to set up a Bank account in Blackstar's name, and recieve Yen

from you guys.

I'll be sending Embri the password to this account later, so she is definately going to have access...and beyond that, it's still undecided.

Also a possibility is using the Yen

raised that is not spent on user's services to go towards blackstar might be given back to the groups as a stipend. I'd imagine Embri will be using this account to pay for her artwork project she's planning, as well as jobs on the wiki.

So, what do you guys think.

Oh, right, because I don't trust anyone. Oh well. I wonder if the Blackstar Foundation is going to start buying up BSD stock, and grow into a cumbersome bureaucracy that sets up an uncountable number of annoying regulations. That would be pretty interesting, actualy. I highly await such an event.

For those that are interested, I've given the Clan's that have a Foundation Account, as well as the Challenge Fund, a stipend of Yen

100000.

That should get them going.

As of the time I sent the Money, the EC did not have a shared account, so they missed out.

The Council Uses the Evil Angel. Most of our funds exist in on there, wherein various parties contribute funds and Buy stock, in the hopes of expanding wealth.
