Ok, we are making headway. We have all the most of the resources done and a good chunk of the synths (though there are still a few "processing facilities" to add.
Now it's your turn. Remember when I told you way back when that if you don't post in your store profile indicating you're still at blackstar that we wouldn't recreate your items. I meant it. This is so we can limit the burden on ourselves so we don't have to create synth combos for people who aren't here anymore.
So, if you wish your items in your store to be made anew in the new store system,
==>POST SO IN YOUR STORE PROFILE IN THE MARKET PLACE.<==
==>A POST HERE OR ANYWHERE ELSE WILL NOT COUNT, AS <==
==>WE'LL LOOK FOR STORES WHO HAVE HAD POSTS BY THEIR<==

For those who need clairification, follow these steps.
1. Did you have a store under the old system?
NO -> You don't have to do anything.
YES -> Continue to #2.
2. Do you want your items to be moved into the new system?
NO -> You don't have to do anything.
YES -> Continue to #3.
3. Do you have a thread in the MARKETPLACE forum?
NO -> Go make one now, and post that you'd like your store carried over.
YES -> Continue to #4.
#4. Have you posted in your Store thread on or before Jan. 2?
NO -> Go post in your thread now, and your items will be carried over.
YES-> You need take no action, your items will be carried over.
That's it. If anyone has questions, please ask. _________________

Thanks to all those who answered my Store Transfer PM's - no, I haven't forgotten, or lost them.
I just had some big problems. *sighs*
In a word, costs. Everyone knows items cost to make, and they have varying effects, hit chances, and break chances. I had to come up with something that would allow a defined, equitable way of assigning these.
The basic premise is: The more expensive the materials your item needs to be made, more often it hits; the less likely it is to break, the greater it's synth cost. Getting all of these things balanced has been a nightmare - I've gone through about a dozen revisions of multiple formulae and tables, all in an effort to get something workable. I think, however, I have finally managed. Which means, I can now proceed with making user items synthable.
Just thought everyone might want to know. _________________

UPDATE: AS OF TODAY, MAY 1st 2007, Store Transfers are closed.
If you have already received a PM marked "IMPORTANT: Store Transfer Information" PLEASE reply to it as soon as possible. At the end of the month, I will no longer be transferring items for free - you will have to buy a License and request the item again (as if it were a new item).
If you have updated your store indicating you wanted your items transferred but did NOT get a PM from me, blame the ghost-who-eats-paper and drop me a note - I'll resend.
THE PM I AM REFERRING TO asked you which of your item(s) you wanted to be exclusive, and what your Exclusive Resource would be.
So far Swix, Azaria Matthews, 3Kul, coolpikaaa, Zerrer, and alakin1 have replied, and their items have been transferred to the current Synth system.
I am still awaiting replies from: addman & Shaon.
For everyone who's since made a store, but didn't have one under the old system, you are next in line for priority attention - I'll be making the items you've chosen and then sending out a PM requesting any missing info I need, along with the bill. Like those who transferred, you'll get your choice of Exclusive Resource if you want to buy one at that time.
Next, I'll be requesting USE ITEM TEXTS from anyone who made an item under the old system who would like their item to be useable in the new one. Keep an eye on this space - I'll announce when I'm ready to take that on.
When THAT is done *pant pant* the current open license system will kick in, and it will be first come, first served.
Then I get to keel over and expire. Just kidding; wishful thinking.

SMALL UPDATE: User shops now display images and stack.
Yes and this is my first real coding project so I'm feeling very proud of it at the moment. Anyways, you no longer have to scroll the entire page to get to the item you want, and you can see how many are there. As of this time, clicking on the item to view the long description does NOT show stock. We know this. It's not a bug. _________________ ~Goron~

With a few exceptions (which will be followed up with PM's shortly) all the old items which you requested be transferred to the new system, have been.
A limited number of licenses of all types are now available through the Relics of the Dojo Shop, and I'll now be taking NEW item requests.
