Singles Round 1: Generic Man vs Trot

((Arena: It is a vast green land, with the occasional tree spotted about, and a forest just on the edge of the green plain circling around from the right to the left, in a semi-circular fashion. To the right is a large lake, several metres deep, and at least twenty feet in length and thirty feet in width. Around the plain there are a few boulders spread about randomly. There are most likely rocks and stones spread around somewhere.

Phen stands and readies his two handed sword, looking around warily for his opponent

[Jent]

*Sand Stone stares up at Phen due to the height difference. Though that won't be much of a weakness to Sand Stone. In fact, Sand Stone raced one saying through his head for the first minutes of this match.*

~The bigger they are, the harder they fall.~

*Tactics, strength, and his own will power are needed to win this match. Sand Stone stands up proudly on a boulder he was recently sitting on. Still, he hasn't broke eye contact will his big friend, Phen. Back flipping off the rock and belly first on the dirt. Sand Stone raises his muscle bound body from the soil and then flings his arm at the boulder. The rock shatters in tiny chucks and quickly reform into a crude rock armor around his arms. A movement from both of his legs, the leftover rocks cling to the legs to the toes and up to the knees. To finish his turn off, Sand Stone pulls out his blades from their sheathes on his back and form his arm like a hook with the point to the sky and blades sticking outwards. He slides his right leg out and sinks it a couple inchs into the earth, and braces himself for what ever Phen is planing to do.*

[Genericman]

Phen flips his blade around one arm, and then the other arm. He slowly walks towards the (extremely) small man, who came up to about his knee spikes. Phen didn't wanna let down his guard, for he may know alot about his opponent, but he knows not to underestimate is opponent. Phen walked a few steps foreward and swung his giant blade at his now armored foe, this may dent his sword a bit.

[Raven]

(( Ok, I'm sorry. But I went away hoping - praying - that Trot would post. Is there something wrong, has Trot abandoned this? If he doesn't post by the end of the week, I'm going to judge on these three, measly posts that you two have begun with..

Role plays are like writing a story. The basis of stories is there's a beginning, middle and end. So far, I see barely a beginning.

*The claymore was blocked by Sand Stone's blades. The force sank Sand Stone a couple inches in the earth, just as he planed. Moving his upwards to show that he was ok. Sand Stone kicked the ground and a small wave of rock blasts off to smack Phen's legs. Hopefully making Phen's weight his own down fall in this move and this match.*

((Sorry I haven't posted sooner. Things coming up, I was sick for the past few days, school, and a few other things in RL bugging me.))

Phen forced the smaller man into the gound, but apparantly it was a bad thing as the small man quickly countered with the earth itself. Phen tooke the rocks to the legs and though he was fully armored, and it was a mild bump to him. Phen attemepted to lull the smaller man into a false sence of security, as he fell towards his foe. He reached out on hand to stop his fall on the small man, as he reached another hand towards the man himself.

*Sand Stone realised a flaw in his attack.* What if he fell forward? *Seeing the flaw coming true, Sand Stone slides one leg forward then backward fast. Causing a slab of earth under himself to move backwards away from Phen. Sand Stone swiftly plunges the two blades into the earth and pulls them father away. At Phen sides, two stone walls rise up and rivals his full height by three feet. Gripping hard on his blades. He pulls them out and sheaths them fast. Sand Stone thrusts his hands out in front of himself and a wave of rock, twice the height of the earlier walls, is sent to Phen. Lastly, he lowers his hands slowly to the ground. Planning to trap Phen by merging all of the walls in a solid dome.*

Phen's tatic hadn't worked as his enemy sent up walls around him. He summoned fourth his strength and broke the two walls at his sides, causing rubble to fall on him, but he had bigger concerns. Phen had since dropped his sword, so he digs down, and readies his shoulder for the brunt of the larger wall. Phen catches the wall in his large embrace and slides back a few feet from the force, but with his mighty strength he breaks the piller from the ground, and with this new weapon, he spins once to gain power and swings at the small earth man, 'hopefully something will work on him.'
